Baxi Geoflo
Baxi Geoflo™ ground source heat pumps take the latent heat from the earth via heat collectors, called slinkies, which are buried in the ground.
This technology is particularly suitable for use in the UK because the ground temperature below a certain depth remains constant all year round.
Ground source heat pumps are capable of producing four times more energy than they use during operation and can offer significant carbon savings as well as significant reductions in fuel bills. They are easy to maintain, and work cleanly and efficiently with minimal impact on the environment.
Baxi Geoflo™ is ideal for those properties with adjacent land including large gardens, and is suitable for well insulated homes using underfloor heating or low temperature heating systems.
Ground source heat pumps are ideal for new developments or refurbishments that offer an opportunity for ground work and heating system upgrades. Baxi has developed one of the widest range of heat pump systems on the market.

Key features & benefits:
- A Ground Source Heat Pump that uses the natural heat found just metres below the Earth’s surface
- This stable and consistent energy source is used to produce low temperature domestic heating
- Seven models from 4kW up to 20kW available
- Complete package including heat pump and slinkies from a single source
- Simple installation on mains electricity
- For every 1kW of energy used, up to 4kW of heat is transferred into a low temperature heating system (COP4:1)
- Can offer substantial carbon and economic savings over oil, LPG and direct electricity
- In built lifetime filters to reduce maintenance. No annual service required
- National technical support and after sales service from a single source
